If our clients are local then we arrange to meet them and assess the property but we also work with clients all over the country and we can work contactlessly. We’ll email you an initial quote outlining exactly what we’re going to do and once it’s been accepted we’ll clear the property and e.mail photos of the finished job or you can come back and take a look at the finished job.

Q How quickly can you clear my property?

A  We’re a very responsive company and get a property cleared very quickly. We can generally get it done the same week.

Q Do I need to be at the property while it’s being cleared?

A No you don’t, if you’re local we can give you a call when we’ve finished so you can come and inspect your empty property and if you’re not local we can email you photos of the finished job.

Q I have a very cluttered hoarders house which is probably the worst you’ve ever seen, can you clear it?

A Yes absolutely, we’ve cleared a lot of hoarders’ houses and nothing shocks us. Your property probably won’t be the worse we’ve seen that week never mind ever.

Q We need a few items from the clearance delivered to another address, can you help with that?

A Absolutely, we’re more than happy to deliver items.

Q Can you take items to charity shops for us?

A Yes we can, if you have a specific charity you wish to donate things to let us know and we’ll drop them off.

Q What areas do you cover?

    The name Lymm, of Celtic origins, means a “place of running water” and is likely derived from an ancient stream that ran through the village centre. The village appears as “Limme” in the Domesday Book of 1086.

    Lymm was an agricultural village until the Industrial Revolution, which brought the Bridgewater Canal and the Warrington and Altrincham Junction Railway to the village. The village played a prominent role within the cotton industry, and many of its inhabitants were fustian cutters.

    Lymm Heritage Centre, which opened in June 2017, is in the centre of the village on Legh Street. It hosts exhibitions related to local history as well as activities for schools and visitors.
